The JVM changes, and how the signals are handled changed with it. The key is that you need -Xrs in your Java command line options (NTS_JAVA_PARMS in notes.ini) to include it. In the newer releases (9.0 and later), -Xrs is already there. If the JVM gets updated in Domino (as happened here) and you are running Traveler, you will need the -Xrs added.
